DEPOSITS
In order to secure a reservation, we require a 50% deposit. We accept US dollars, Costa Rican colones & Pay Pal. Sorry, we cannot accept travelers checks or credit cards

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you find it necessary to cancel your reservation, we charge a $50 cancellation fee. We will refund the balance of your deposit, less any banking fees, within 2 weeks of your request.

If you cancel within 30 days of your reservation date or no-show, no refund is available.

Should you arrive and not stay the length of your reservation, no refund is available.

When we hold the house, we turn down other requests for that house. When you cancel, you can leave us with an empty house when we would have otherwise filled it.

Check-in time is between 1 pm and 5 pm. Please call ahead if arriving after 5 pm.

No refunds at all for reservations over Christmas and Easter Weeks.
