KITCHEN & DINING AREAS


The kitchen and dining areas of Villa Toucan overlook both the ocean and the forest. The room is open to the exterior and is naturally cooled by the oncoming ocean breezes. On the backside is a large sliding glass window that can be closed during times of uncertain weather.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with a refrigerator, small oven, coffee machine, blender, pots & pans, plates, cups, glasses, silverware, dishes and cooking utensils. The cook top operates on gas. There is an outdoor barbecue for outdoor grilling.

The built in seating in the dining area offers a breathtaking view towards the ocean and canopy and easily sits up 4 people. Behind the sitting area is a beautiful mosaic glass ceramic art piece made by local artists Alejandro and Manuela, depicting life in the rainforest canopy.

The Costa Rican coffee and sugar jars are always full at Villa Toucan - and we'll always have a cold beer in the fridge waiting for you upon arrival - our compliments!
